Seating

No tickets are necessary, and there are no gates to walk through.  The Festival is free and open to the public.

Open Seating:  Our venue accommodates chair and blanket seating. Bring your own lawn chair or blankets to set up on the grass and enjoy the performance. The section closest to the stage is blanket-only seating. Bring a blanket or sit on the grass. Stadium chairs (cushions with back support) are permitted, as long as the seat of the chair is fully on the ground. Please ask a member of our front-of-house staff if you are unsure whether your item is permitted in the blanket-only section.

Reserved Seating:  $10 and @20 reserved seats for Romeo & Juliet are now available! Skip the hassle of lugging lawn furniture to the park and enjoy a prime viewing location in our three reserved sections. Seats are assigned in the order received, so the sooner you sign up, the better your spot for the show! Click here to make your reservations today!

Blue Star Theatre Seating:  Shakespeare Festival St. Louis welcomes U.S. military personnel, spouses, and children, as well as U.S. veterans.  Bring your blankets or lawn chairs, or take advantage of free Blue Star program reserved seats. Click here for details.
