Shakespeare Festival St. Louis will offer a performance of A Most Outrageous Fit of Madness for young people with sensory sensitivities and their families on November 24, 2018, at 4 PM at The Grandel. The show is free for children and students 18 and under. Here are some helpful documents to review as a family before the performance:

Theatre adaptations for sensory-friendly performances at The Grandel include:

—No microphones and/or lower sound levels
—Reduced house lighting pre and post-show
—Low house lighting remains on during the production instead of completely off
—Designated fidget room within the theater
—Pacing lane in the theater for standing and movement
—Ushers and staff trained to be accommodating to families’ needs
